Waiver must be signed: In consideration of your accepting this form, I herby for myself, my executors, my heirs and administrators, waive and release all rights and claims for damages I may have against the Island Lake Recreation Area, Kiwanis Club of Brighton, sponsors of the event, its agents, representatives, successors and assigns for any and all injuries scuffed by me and said run of which may arise out of my travel to, participating in, and returning from the event. I also agree to acknowledge and abide by all applicable pedestrian laws and respect the privacy and property of the Island Lake Recreation Area.
